FEBRUARY
What you want to know about HOW your body moves and how YOU move it.
The Alexander Technique gives us practical awareness abilities to make choices about how we move. Group Classes are an ideal way to learn about how your body works and moves and develop your own technique while learning from and with others.
In this class we will work on practical everyday activities - sitting, standing, walking, moving - through what Alexander observed was the natural way for the human body.
It's not what you do, it's the way that you UNdo it !
Continuing Practice
PRINCIPLES
Alexander's Principles have been around for over 100 years now and apply today more than ever, to how we move and live. This class is to support those who have completed the Introductory level are making changes and learning deeper about themselves and how they move.
Wednesdays 6.15pm - 7.45pm Introductory Class 8 - 9.30pm Continuing Practice OSCAILT Mews 8 Baggot Lane behind main building 8 Pembroke Road, Dublin 4 beginning February 8th - March 28th

Alexander Technique work involves:
Observation and gentle hands-on work.
Clothes do not need to be removed.
Comfortable attire is advised.
If you are in pain or have a specific goal in mind one-to-one lessons are advised.
The Alexander Technique can work along side the advice of your GP or other health practitioner.
